A documented professional opinionA home inspection provides a documented professional opinion of construction and condition of a home based on an on-site visual evaluation of the exterior and interior of the property. It will determine if components of a home are performing properly, have been faulty in the past, are beyond their useful life or are unsafe. As observed at the time of the inspectionA home inspection will provide the client with an understanding of the condition of a property as observed at the time of the inspection.
