                                    Inspections

                                    A home inspection provides a documented professional opinion of construction and condition of a home. This professional opinion is based on an on-site visual evaluation of the exterior and interior of the property.

                                    An on-site visual evaluation conducted by certified home inspector determines if components of a home:

                                    • Are performing properly;
                                    • Have been faulty in the past;
                                    • Are beyond their useful life; or
                                    • Are unsafe.
                                    • And to budget on repairs or replacement .

                                    A home inspection will provide you with an understanding of the condition of a property as observed at the time of the inspection. While a home inspection cannot reveal every problem that may exist, it can reveal defects observed on the day of the inspection. Along with special instruments , and   expertise , the inspector can determine  defects within the structure on a noninvasive basis and according to the code of ethics .  ( nachi.org )

                                    A quality home inspection typically can take two to four hours (depending on site conditions) and carried out during daylight hours.

                                    With all  inspections, Focus Home Inspections prepares a detailed report - on site.  A detailed comprehensive  bound report to the client and  a copy  to the inspector .

                                    Prices of inspections are competitive and are determined according to the type of inspection, type of house, size, and the location of the property.
